COVID-19 Update: A Message to our Guests
We Care
about the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff as it remains our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are following the guidelines from the World Health Organisation (WHO). Our resort teams have stepped up all hygiene and safety measures to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.
We Practise
a series of precautionary measure as below:
- Land transportation and boats will be disinfected before and after each use.
- All guests and incoming luggages / parcels will be disinfected.
- Temperature screening is conducted at the front desk daily.
- Guest to fill in personal and health declaration forms.
- Guestrooms are disinfected before each check-ins and after each check-outs.
- All diving and snorkelling equipment will be disinfected after each use.
- To practice social distancing of at least 1 metre at all times.
- Ensure a safe distance of at least two metres between tables or different groups of diners.
- All public washrooms will be disinfected every 2 hours.
- Masks must be worn by staff at all times, while practising strict personal hygiene and safety precautions at work.
