Boat transfer is subject to weather condition of which the management is not liable for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services.

Terms & Condition

Full security deposit is required upon confirmation and all security deposit will be converted to Cancellation Charges should there be any cancellation. Full security deposit is required prior to arrival.
The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
There will be NO refund or deduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
Reservation is subject to room availability and confirmation will be on first come first serve basic.
All payments are non refundable in part or in full.
Any amendment or cancellation after full payment will not be entertained.
Please do not bring oversize luggage.
Luggage weight limit: 20kg per person (maximum 2 luggage).
Excess baggage charges, 15kg overweight per person: - Over 1-5kg : RM 10; Over 6-10kg: RM 20; Over 10kg: RM 50
Bringing explosives, flammable substances and alcoholic beverages on boat is strictly forbidden.
