TransferLand Transfer**Holiday Packages not inclusive land transfer services.
- Holidays Package clients who opts to take our land transfer,can addon optional land transfer. It will be charged (RM35/pax - 1 way land transfer) , (RM70/pax - 2 way round land transfer).
- From Kuala Terengganu Town or TGG Airport to Mangkuk Jetty only available till 9am.
- From Mangkuk Jetty to Kuala Terengganu Town or TGG Airport only available till 1pm.
(Leisure Package , Diving Package, Diving Course are inclusive complimentary land transfer) -according to operator arrangement
Land Transfer Schedule
1. All clients who want to take our land and boat transfers must strictly follow the time schedule as below.
2. If clients are taking a FLIGHT to TGG Airport (Sultan Mahmud Airport), they must pick flight arrival time before 9:00am, while for a return trip, the departure time must be after 2:00pm.
3. If clients SELF DRIVE, they need to arrive at Summer Bay Jetty -Mangkuk at 10:00am-10:30am. ( Parking fee RM15 per night)

4. If clients are taking COACH/BUS to MBKT Bus Station, our driver will pick them up at 7:00am.

- The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities that are beyond the management's control.
- The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
- There will be NO refund or deduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
- Reservation is subject to room availability and confirmation will be on a first come first serve basis.
